      Pros

      If you like working in high-energy, fast-paced programming with proprietary software this place is fantastic. Never a down moment, the company keeps you hopping. Also if you like to travel you can get plenty of that in this position.

      Cons

      No downtime, no backing from management. The customer is always right even when very wrong. Some great people were excused/terminated because a customer was not being fair or realistic in their expectations. Also high turnover and burnout with the position. More travel than advertised depending on the project (could be a pro or con)
