Terrible management, no extra pay for extra work. Riddled with nepotism, make sure you have the right last name before applying. You will have to jump through hoops to have a schedule that works well for your life. Advertised work life balance but when the time comes to balance work must come first here. They preach about caring and making sure you are taken care of, but ultimately do not care. They are obviously looking to hire certain people. Absolutely no diversity, the office is white washed and conservative. Most of management and HR are related or close friends. The ole boys club is prevalent here.
