      Pros

      Good work/life balance. I enjoyed who I worked with. Freedom to pursue ideas or concepts at times.

      Cons

      Company leadership feels disjointed at times. They put a lot of work on engineering managers who essentially take 3 different roles. Internal processes can be convoluted and hamper productivity. This can create confusion on how parts and assemblies should be designed.
