Great culture. Amazing people. Solid core products.

Unfortunately due to location, they just struggle to attract necessary talent at critical positions (engineering, marketing, leadership). Product innovations are few and far between. When products do launch, they fail to perform or address needs of market. Very heavily reliant on sales talent to stay relevant in industry.
