Pros

'Decent' pay rate for high school/college students Tuition reimbursement is a good plus for advancing students

Cons

This company suffers from being based on the warehouse production to be successful. This causes the whole company to lean on the logistics employees heavily to get things done and often forgetting to compensate or 'honestly' appreciate them. The upper management does try to do things better but they are not present enough on a day to day basis to keep working conditions from backsliding Strict and difficult performance standards Increasingly difficult work/life balance Poor management of 'advancement opportunities'

Pros

Free lunch on overtime days. You walk a lot so if u have weight u won't after being there for a minute. Decent 401k if u r there long enough good luck we went through 80% of the employees in two to three months.

Cons

Not good pay for workload. Designed job for college kids not experienced workforce. They treat you like children in kindergarten can't use the restroom or anything. Feel bad it's a racist environment. After the kids get out of college they offer them 28 a year and act like that's okay and a good living. The managers and trainers are very impatient and talk to people like idiots even when you first start, for example I told someone what was going on with a package and the response was "okaaaaaaayyyyy" been there for two days. Highest turnover rate ever no experienced workers ever so it's a constant battle.
