Pays well. Good exposure to outdoor sports.

Cons

They are laying off people and cutting budgets much more than they should this year. Atmosphere is getting more down. Experienced employees are leaving. Budget isn't even approved yet for this year.

The actual jobs you did weren't all that bad, though my tolerance may be higher or lower from other peoples, so take that with a grain of salt. It was your typical warehouse labor type of work, so nothing horrible. It did get incredibly monotonous, but that should be expected.

Cons

The people who work here (mostly) are horribly cold, callous, and lacking of any empathy for their coworkers and employees. By far the worst part about this establishment is the people who not only work her, but run and manage the place. They absolutely do not care about you, even though they do their best to hide behind the façade that they do. Wearing a friendly smile and making small talk by asking about what's going on in your life never really masked any of their lack of care for other people.
