Pros

This is a great family oriented business. Summer gets kind of hectic but overall not overwhelming. Looking forward to many more years to come.

Cons

The company has a good 401K but the health insurance leaves more to be desired. Decent Vacation/Sick time benefits.

Pros

Very family oriented which means a great work life balance. Work you hard but are very flexible. They don't micromanage everything but expect you to get your work done. Very open to ideas to improve the company.

Cons

Benefits are not that great. Since they are growing quick it seems that there is tons of work and not enough employees to do it.

Pros

I was able to Intern for the company over the past two summers and it has been a great experience both times. There was always enough work to stay busy, yet never enough to overwhelm. Never met someone who worked here that I didn't like.

Cons

Amount of work depends on the time of season, most of the work takes place within a few months.
