Pros

Family owned company = great work-life balance. Family comes first and the owners truly mean that. In a smaller company you have the opportunity to create a direct impact on the growth and success of the company. The owners value your opinion to create those successes and reward you for them.

Cons

Not enough communication throughout the company on a regular basis.

Pros

Family oriented business where owners treat everyone like family, and leadership puts family values first and foremost! Everyone works hard, but there is balance. Working for a smaller company is great. You don’t feel as though you are being treated like a number. Associates truly care about their job, each other, and easy to work with. I think that is why it is definitely a fun place to work. Great relaxed atmosphere. Future growth opportunity. At this time I cannot think of a better place to work!

Cons

Waiting period for some of the benefits being offered.
