Must want to be challenged, be able to take initiative, stand up for your ideas and be adaptive to change. You will need to be self motivated and be able to take constructive criticism and grow from it

Really quick and easy to get a job

Cons

Constant (as in daily) lies from owner to staff, drama and turbulence in the office like you wouldn’t believe, miserable employees who fear the owner/boss and struggle with a false sense of security. Negative work environment with poor communication from management.

THERE IS NO PROS AT ALL

Cons

Absolutely unethical owner, pathetic management, should be exposed to his "clients". Does not do what is right for the plaintiff he says he is working for. Says Medicare Set Asides is not his concern. Only shows the shiny red apple while hiding the problems inside
