Pros

Above Par pay. Great co-workers. Female dominant company, which is refreshing. Not too BIG of a company, YET. Allow for growth in the company.

Cons

Implementing new systems are always a pain. They may grow too fast too soon. Only time will tell.

Pros

Milestone is a pleasure to work for. In addition to having great people, the company offers a flexible/hybrid office environment, excellent PTO hours, insurance benefits, and a lot of fun perks. Hard work is rewarded, and the people genuinely enjoy working together.
