Pros

You can make money quickly, depending on what ship your on and who's the management team onboard.

Cons

Always gone from home, can't really plan anything. Hard having a family, you spend more time out to sea then you do in port. Horrible management from the office to the personnel onboard the ship. Some ships give overtime, some don't, to many cliques and favoritism shown to a certain race or certain people get extra money just for being a friend of the boss. Think long and hard before you decide to apply for MSC, cause it could be the worst thing you've ever done.
