Pros

Was a great place to work when people actually cared about others and not the deception by leadership

Cons

Terrible place to work NOW. They ruined a perfectly great command because of bureaucracy and Politricks. Liars and not Transparent.

Pros

Substantial amount of sea time earned, decent pay and overtime(depending on Chief Engineer and vessel).

Cons

Safety Guidelines and Training are extremely poor. Company treats employees as property, not employees. Poor quality of life on-board vessels.
