Steady work with government benefits in the maritime industry. Ability to accrue lots of seatime.

Cons

Just about everything. If you have worked for an organization that is halfway worth it’s salt, you will realize this place is an utter joke. The management-level mariners in this organization have only ever worked at MSC and it shows. Advancements here is a joke, every competent officer leaves and the ones who are promoted are a disgrace to this profession.
