* Was told there were opportunities for paid-overtime only to be later told there would no longer be paid-overtime, no exceptions.
* Told there would be on average, high commissions only to find that figure was wildly exaggerated.
* No employee rental discount even though every other property management company has one.
* No career progression/promotion from within as long-time employees were pushed aside in favor of corporate employees transferred from out of state.
* Learned temps received better pay and benefits than full-time Mill Creek employees.
* High turnover rate, was the fourth person within a year to have the position. Due to low compensation, lack of career prospects and passive-aggressive management.
* Most unprofessional 2-week notice/exit process I have ever experienced. Publically insulated, stripped of employee access before officially leaving, intentionally given all of the dirty/difficult work, had to fight for my bonuses and was nearly blocked from submitting hours, had my personal privacy and effects violated.
