7yWe are very sorry that you feel the way you have expressed. It is not our intention to make any associate at our company feel less valuable than any other associate. We sincerely believe that every single person on our team in all departments is important to our ability to operate efficiently and effectively. And all have played a very important role in our success. We are working hard to incorporate all associates and departments into our awards and recognition programs, which we recently expanded to include awards for our construction team as announced on our all-associates call. There are certainly more additions to come and we’d like to get your thoughts on any other awards we should include for the teams you mentioned.
