Pros

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is a strong sense of team work and with someone there to help. Amazing benefits and opportunities for career growth. Upper management show lots of care and support for those new and who have been working here for a while. What I love the most is that this is a professional setting that can also be a fun place to work (ex: there's themed Fridays and people who dress up for halloween).

Cons

People have to stand for hours in the lab, which isn't too too bad most days, but it would be nice to have chairs/stools

Working as a Medical Office Assistant here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The management is supportive, the training was thorough, and I’ve always felt like a valued member of the team. There’s a strong focus on patient care and professionalism, and it shows in how the staff work together. The environment is fast-paced but well-organized, which made it easier to stay on top of tasks. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility with scheduling and the encouragement for ongoing learning.

Cons

Like any medical office, it can get busy and occasionally stressful—especially during flu season or when short-staffed—but the team always pulls together to make it manageable.
