Pros

Benefits! No complaints here. The people (Employees) are awesome. Hard working and knowledgeable.

Cons

Since acquiring new leaders, the feeling of trust and unity that Mr. Slattery (Owner and Founder) instilled in the Millennium culture has completely been disregarded and no longer exists. Having been here for 5 years I've seen Millennium Health grow from a company that started with a sample volume of just over 100 to over 11,500 per day. I feel the new management is more interested in how much revenue they can achieve. I understand that it is a business and they have to fulfill the needs of their clients, however, they're completely disregarding the needs of their employees. Changes in employee shifts, titles, salary and schedules have made it very difficult to achieve a healthy work and life balance. And yes they have made it perfectly clear that we are all easily replaceable.

Pros

Free food sometimes? Not many pros I can think of

Cons

-No work-life balance: you will come in early and be expected to perform mandatory overtime every day -Poor management: those that are promoted to higher positions got there by playing favorites and do not know how to lead -Poor work culture: high school type drama is rampant and nothing is being done to stop it or improve the work environment -Favoritism: Those that stay close to the higher ups will get promotions and other types of benefits, but otherwise your work will go unrecognized -The work itself is monotonous, never ending, and can be gross. If there were some type of recognition it might be okay, but with the given environment it is terrible

Pros

The benefits are 100% covered which is nice. But that is about the only thing they have to offer.

Cons

No matter your qualifications, be ready to have you ideas pushed aside. They don't trust their employees to actually perform without being micromanaged and controlled the whole way. Typical situation - "Got a great idea? Awesome! But hey, your Manager doesn't agree with the vision your being paid to create, so step aside and just do it our way, cause we said so." No thanks. I think this is why they seem to hire fresh college grads who are easily pushed around and don't know any better.
