Job keeps you busy so your shift ends faster. Jobsite is close to the freeway so you can go home faster.

Cons

Low pay, toxic work environment, management lack of support and communication, low chances of moving up if you don't have a BS degree in science, high chance of getting recurring injuries due to job tasks such as disposing biomedical waste or chemical waste and some areas of the lab are cramped.
