Pros

Normal operations start early (6am) and while part-timers/contract workers may get out on time, full-timers were often asked to pull ot upwards of 12 hours at times. Training is quick too and team leads are there to help when needed.

Cons

Tough hours, biohazard work (ppe provided, but can still stink), laboratory-corporate setting so keeping up with paperwork/protocols are a must
