Great benefits Fairly competitive pay New staffs hardly work OT. Coworkers are friendly. OT are available to staffs, seniors, and supervisors, excludes managers and partners.

Cons

Very little training. All trainings are hands on. CPE requirements done outside of work are out-of-pocket costs.
