Pros

Not many- a lot of the people you interact with daily are great and doing their best.

Cons

It’s a shame to see so many people working their tails off for a company that doesn’t care at all about them. I’m happy to see the outrage in response to the CEO’s instability and poor leadership. Her apology was thinly veiled nothingness. Poorly executed damage control that only further amplifies her lack of ability.

Toxic bullying and gaslighting by execs

Pros

Wonderful team mates who work hard, beautiful products, and state of the art workspaces.

Cons

Toxic bullying and gaslighting experienced at the hands execs caused PTSD that I’m still working through in counseling. It is a truly rotted environment that relies on playing politics to get ahead. Not up for that game? You’ll find out where you stand real quick. The only way to turn this company around is to replace all leadership from c-suite to director level.

Pros

The people here are wonderful and the design is something to drool over

Cons

Andi needs to go. The silence from the board of directors is shocking and appalling.
