Not enough money to afford living and being laughed at in a meeting by the ceo as we ask about our bonuses that she is taking away and that we should only focus on making her money not our own money

Great people, super nice chairs to work in, unlmited vacation time. Upside of constant change is growth opportunities for some people.

Cons

Near constant change makes it hard to get work done. Budgets keep getting cut; not much money to invest in projects important to company's future. Loss of faith in senior management.
