      No growth, Low Pay, Horrible CEO

      Pros

      Low level team and management seems to genuinely care about their job and people. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO but it means you’re taking less time off… Non competitive pay, low balled their employee and dangled carrots with “bonus” though in reality there’s lack of career growth. Upper management only cares about numbers and CEO is disconnected from reality with her “pity city” comment. Lack of diversity in the firm and ingenuity from leadership.

      Pros

      great benefits, so so medical plans, great general employees to work with.

      Cons

      CEO has lost touch with the rest of her employees under her. $$ will do that to you. General decisions and day-to-day decisions that impact customer service are often vague, all of a sudden, and without much forethought in planning. A lot of "whelp, let's just do it and we'll deal with the fallout" with the WE being customer support and warehouses scrambling to fix the upper managements mess.
