      Pros

      Nice workplace, nice name on your resume, beautiful products and history.

      Cons

      Toxic management, very high objectives without the possibility to earn the bonuses, massive wave of layoffs and budget cuts for consecutive years without encouraging the employees. What the hell is the management doing????

      Pros

      Vacation policy is good but feels like a setup. Work from home is huge, but they keep insinuating that they don't want that to continue.

      Cons

      They have actual goals of % of women and POC in leadership roles. I don't see how that's even legal but every personnel move is obviously towards those metrics rather than merit. Global "team" doesn't feel much like a team. They'll interpret that feedback as "people need to return to the office" but that would only make things worse. I can't imagine a more unlikable person than the CEO. She is every bit the kind of person who would tell people to get out of pity city while bringing in almost an extra million dollars for herself.
