      Avoid at all costs. Toxic culture.

      Pros

      Compensation is fair, good benefits, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch. Recently the CEO told employees to stop asking about bonuses amidst uncertain economic times and continue to work harder, while she makes $5M a year. She said stop living in ‘Pity City’ and work harder and longer.

      Holidays off, great people, nice furniture

      Cons

      CEO is very out of touch and has been for a long time. She has diminished the history of all of the companies that encompass MillerKnoll. She has no respect for history, let alone the employees of the company. No raises or performance reviews. No work/life balance. No support on any level of business. Turnover is outrageous, yet nothing is being done.
