      Unlimited PTO/Sick Time for Salaried Employees Good 401k Match My Coworkers at Fully are Amazing Paid Volunteer Time

      Not Unlimited PTO if Hourly Health Care Through MillerKnoll is EXPENSIVE We're Just a Number to These People They Put Profits Over People, Every Time! :D The CEO aiscriminates against anything "weird" during All Hands Meetings. Examples: Left handed people, those that celebrate Lunar New Year Company is very much seeking to make a monopoly Communication from C Suite is bad. Very bad. No one knows what the business outlook and goals are except C Suite and they won't communicate that. They will just eliminate your position if you don't meet their moving goal post.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Retirement matching is ok. I am 100% remote (this is not an option for all employees here). Unlimited PTO, 2 weeks paid volunteer time

      Cons

      Medical insurance premiums are high. HR is not present with employees at subsidiaries. Communication or input from regular employees to the C-suite is completely disregarded. Poor dissemination of information re short- and long-term goals of company.
