      They have good benefit package and great products.

      Cons

      The heart of the company and what made Herman Miller & Knoll special has dissolved. Many impactful long standing colleagues have left due to poor culture and HR leadership at the top. People in HR and across the business are leaving left and right. The company does not care about developing long standing employees and attention is to external talent coming into the organization. Hard work and dedication to the company doesn't matter.
