- great flexibility and work-life balance - I genuinely like my coworkers. Great people. - The brand carries a lot of weight with our customers and they care to hear from us as a true partner in their research. - supply chain is world class

- tough to get traction in biology with our branding/lack of awareness - no real strategic plan to improve customer experience

No recognition and no respect type atmosphere at the Isotec site....if people on the floor do not like you, no matter how much talented and deserving you are,they will target you well enough that they get rid of you sooner than the management hired you!!!
