Pros
Great people, good life/work balance. I recommend this place if you do not have an offer from a company with better compensations and opportunities.
Cons
The cons can be very different depending on location. The salary is significantly on the lower side of the range compared to competitors. There is none-minimal room to growth. The company grew very fast in a short period of time and they expect the same growth rate; but it is not happening so they put pressure on employees.
