Great Location. Great dedicated hardworking people. Salaries and Benefits are strong for the area. Substantial influx of Capital. Solid Growth. Make a product that makes a difference in everyone's lives.

Cons

Recent management changes have lead to a lack of trust. Transparency is not a value that is practiced. Manipulation of people, constant changes to org. structure, pushing people beyond comfort, and lack of anything positive to say, have really hurt the company in recent years.
