Do *not* sign up to work the labs here. Your labor will generate millions for the company every month, but you'll be lucky to put food on the table. Raises and internal promotions are non-existent. And, since the turnover rate is so high, new hires will be brought on at your same level with a higher pay. Management couldn't care less and will illegally encourage you to not discuss your pay with others. That's nothing to speak on their abysmal health and safety protocols. If you value your mental and physical health, stay *far* away.

-Pay is fine at best -management does not like doing market adjustments -management is elusive at best -supervisors get steamrolled -they claim inclusivity but it sure doesn't feel like it if you try to get farther involved than a power point highlighting the 'holiday of the month' (e.g. pride, Juneteenth, Holi) -they claim professional development but I rarely see it happen -they claim to foster leadership skills and cross-department training but I rarely see /that/ happen
