Benefits- 401K match is outstanding.

Cons

Very behind in the industry technology-wise. There is no LIMS system and everything is paper based. New employee training is extremely disorganized. Communication is disconnected across all departments, which created some very dangerous situations; air handlers would go down with little to no warning to lab analysts.
