Pros
The company climate is minimum pressure; scheduling is flexible, the team seems genuinely motivated to succeed. Health insurance, vacation, and other benefits start on day one.
Cons
Management is completely disorganized and ill qualified for their roles resulting in missed deadlines, poor performance across the department, and constant excuses. Compensation is below entry level and promotions are arbitrarily unobtainable. “Projects” are constantly assigned to entry level employees that clearly should be performed by department and site-level leadership. Intermediate and middle management consistently approach employees with passive-aggressive, bad faith excuses for their own unwillingness to advocate for their employees’ professional development.
