      Liked the lower level people, or just trying to achieve the crazy goals of the leadership team.

      Cons

      Local management appears to be incompetent. The company overall is attempting to outsource all of its needs because it won't pay for properly trained local employees. The pay scale is not in line with industry standard. Turnover is relatively high and has a significant effect on overall morale. They do not care to recognize talent, or care about retaining it. Extremely high stress environment. I do not recommend working at this site. It will make you sad...

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on the hottest area of therapeutics right now. Stable company- especially compared to a lot of companies in the industry. A lot going on- you won't be bored! Great teams who genuinely care about their work and the patients.

      Cons

      A lot of change at the site- mostly for the better, but it's a lot to keep up with. Expectations continue to rise, but need more people to help achieve them. Outdated processes need to be updated!
