      You will gain experience in science and in chemistry.

      Getting a promotion takes quite a long time. Additionally, people that are more capable and talented in the laboratory will receive more work and responsibility while those who are less talented and hardworking get easier tasks. Both types of people will advance at the same pace through the company.

      friendly employees, flexible work time, good vacation time, good benefit, rewarding job

      Cons

      manager and head of departments are not knowledgeable and do not have management skills. the worst of them is the head of method develop and quality control. very illiterate unprofessional and rude person. nobody likes him and employee have complained a lot but he is still the manager!!
