Relaxed environment, work-life balance is good, benefits....cannot think of any other pros. The company is very backward-looking and does not try to attract and retain new talent for fueling innovation and growth. Everything is just done the "easy way" - the old way.

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of communication between different departments, limited opportunities for smart and ambitious people. Very backward-looking company, no innovation.

Cons

Management is clueless to territory support. Expected to carry cell phone 24/7 without call pay. Technical support passes the their job to field service. Expected to achieve unrealistic goals to meet bonus requirements based off of sales goals. Field service is stretched very thin to cover clinical, research and pharma accounts. Poor training program for field service engineers Field service engineers has to fight for compensation on new service agreements. Expected to perform the impossible with little or no overtime. NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE
