The company culture is great, they encourage outreach/volunteering, put the employees first and value a superior customer experience

Within the specific department I am in there are political issues that cause daily stress unfortunately.

Pros

Co-workers are excellent. People on the ground care about doing the right thing all the time. Fresh ideas and willingness and desire to improve and gain skills for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Management. Out of touch with daily activities. Rarely accessible and available to employees as managers are always holed up in conference rooms. Quick to change procedures/policies without proper assessment is made on what impact changes could have in business.

Cons

Below average salary, many lazy people, 1000 years old management, not much of science, buddy-buddy system for promotions, laughable bonus, bad vacation policy and terrible management such as inexperienced supervisors
