      Pros

      Decent benefit, beautiful offices, many friendly and intelligent colleagues. Slightly flexible work hours. Lots of training classes offered, plenty of cross-functional cooperation opportunities if you are in the right department.

      Cons

      It was a very good company several years ago. but work life can be the hell if you don't have a good manager. Imagine a technical-focus department has no manager with advanced degree, can't make right decisions in time, can't sport the real problem, can't work with science mind, and can't hire right people. Development is only for certain people since budget is tight.

      Pros

      Their sustainability programs, which are related to the very harsh environment and weather conditions where the site is located and good automation engineers doing the best with alsmodt nothing.

      Cons

      Location of the site I was keeps a management with local minds (the world does not exist for them), which do not provide any growth to real good talent as well as does protect themselves against any opposition. Site does not fully comply with the regulating agencies 100% and diversity does not exist as a company statue, is just to comply with the minimum of the law. Very harsh environment to work if you are no a New Englander. Very Old facility with no vision of expansion.

      People are great to work with and generally want to do the right thing. Safety and quality are heavily emphasized.

      Cons

      Have been acquired so there is much uncertainty and pay is a little light. Long term incentives only apply to certain few.
