      Management isn’t knowledgeable on company and subject matters. If joining the biological group in QC be prepared for lack of knowledge from all applicable management. Also be prepared to find growth opportunities yourself as well as being overworked compared to compensation and workload. QC scientist positions are not meant for entry level. Join with more than stated qualifications for your own benefit.

      Isolating Culture, Poor Management, and Little Room to Grow

      Cons

      The work environment was unwelcoming and isolating. There was little to no collaboration, and it wasn’t unusual to go an entire day without being acknowledged. Training was poor. Management did not value employee input and was unreceptive to suggestions for improvement. Pay was not competitive with similar roles in the area. Advancement opportunities felt limited and were not clearly communicated. Overall, it was a discouraging place to work.
