There’s A lot of favoritism especially in maintenance they continually to hire family and friends and promote quickly. Teck ups or hourly wages are very hard to get and consists of online class open book not hard and logging 75%of your time at work this where they get you this system is crude once time is entered you can not review or edit or go back till the end of the month after six months if your above 75% then they make you do a sa question then if you pass that they break the machine to see if you can fix it!!!!Then after that they will decide if you deserve a raise if they say no it’s 6 months before you repeat the whole process again.
