      Pros

      Good benefits and new larger building. The ability learn a lot and grow in shorter amounts of time.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure is weak. Has the feel of a fast paced start up sometimes and work responsibilities can pile up very fast. Mental bandwidth outside of work gets consumed with work responsibilities.
