      Phenomenal people, small company environment, US subsidiary is loaded with rop talent eager to move the company forward.

      Cons

      Ever expanding portfolio is taking them attention away from core business, HQ needs to listen to the business side; let the scientists focus on science and business folksy do what they know. Don't listen to customer needs as much as they should when making new products.
