      Good Company to work for if you have no family or life

      Pros

      Innovative Products, Good Benefits and Pay. Most Departments seam to have a good relationship with each other.

      Cons

      Department Head has hands tied and can't create new processes. No matter how well thought out be entire team. Has the underlying work policy of " Work hard or be fired" rather than "Work hard and be rewarded". Asking questions is a sign of weakness.

      Great benefits. lots of opportunities to learn and participating/lead the project within the team. cross functioning teams are willing to work together, willing to communicate.

      Cons

      not a lot of supports from HR. barely any chance for cross training unless you move to a different department/team.
