      Too many changes, clueless about goals that are changing every week, no capable managers handling samples and documents, lack of communication within a department

      Pros

      Casual, easy shift scheduling, small, private in a nice location - nice PTO and benefits - basically nobody cares what you do all day if your work is done. Free ice packs if you need one.

      Cons

      Hours of meetings stating millions made, average Annual Salary increase 3% - Supervisors do not weigh in and have no idea what their employees make. That is set by the CEO, the man behind the curtain - like the great and powerful OZ. Nobody speaks, nobody introduces you to guests. Doors are locked- no laughter, but hey they have a nice coffee machine- they don't even hire a cleaner for the kitchen they make the departments rotate kitchen duty.

      Getting by takes little to no work

      Cons

      Extremely questionable hiring practices. Upper management sleeps with their employees. No room for advancement or growth. Some of the upper management has no real experience in the fields they lead.
