Great market to be in. The company is growing very fast and there are many opportunities. The owner and founder is a visionary, focused on scientific and medical solutions. Miltenyi has a solid track record for innovation in its market that has generated significant business growth.

Cons

The company culture lacks objectivity and focus on execution. The company is transitioning from small company, where a small group of long-term managers make most of the decisions, to a larger company, where data and objectivity in support of decision making is required, but is not the norm. The culture and lack of objectivity and execution can be tough to take for outsiders joining the company in leadership roles.

There are no pros of working for this company other than free parking.

Cons

Let me start by saying this company is completely clueless. Management is not supportive and HR is never on your side. This company has little to no flexibility. It’s 2019 and there benfits are awful. Not to mention they have no idea how to run clinical trials. There is no management or oversight all. Not willing to spend money on outsourcing. Do me a favor and stop pointing fingers and yelling that nothing gets done. Hire and train people who know how to get the work done...or lack thereof.

Pros

Miltenyi is really doing some amazing work. A group of motivated and intelligent people. Managers ensure good work/life balance even with extensive workload due to fast growth. Many opportunities to travel within the country and internationally. Good pay and benefits. Teamwork!

Cons

Workload can get a little overwhelming at times due to growth of company. HR's hesitance to provide more than the incremental annual raises even if performance exceeds expectations.
