      MB is a dynamic company. The translational part is very interesting and is pushing MB on very good position.

      MB is doing too many things in the same time! that means many roducts or instruments are announced but launched is often postponed

      Pros

      The management is very smart (nearly everyone has a phd) and helps its employees learn about the business and develop their skills. The environment is very laid back, yet still professional. I've witnessed multiple colleagues obtain full-time positions by working hard and proving themselves to be an asset in a rapidly-growing company.

      Cons

      No negative things that I can think of other than how thin the walls are, sometimes it can get noisy.
