Office is centered around food, flirting, female dominance and inter office Romance. Management is never in the office so it's a great open romp.

Cons

Negative unprofessional people. There was nude graffiti on the wall and manager never even reported in to handle the problems.

Casual, easy shift scheduling, small, private in a nice location - nice PTO and benefits - basically nobody cares what you do all day if your work is done. Free ice packs if you need one.

Cons

Hours of meetings stating millions made, average Annual Salary increase 3% - Supervisors do not weigh in and have no idea what their employees make. That is set by the CEO, the man behind the curtain - like the great and powerful OZ. Nobody speaks, nobody introduces you to guests. Doors are locked- no laughter, but hey they have a nice coffee machine- they don't even hire a cleaner for the kitchen they make the departments rotate kitchen duty.

Phenomenal people, small company environment, US subsidiary is loaded with rop talent eager to move the company forward.

Cons

Ever expanding portfolio is taking them attention away from core business, HQ needs to listen to the business side; let the scientists focus on science and business folksy do what they know. Don't listen to customer needs as much as they should when making new products.
