Was a good company until new managment showed up

Pros

Work is decent but its the people that make it better. Felt like a family on 2nd shift.

Cons

High turnover rates and unresponsive HR. Constant overtime, pay rates amongst employees and newly hired are not matched.

Once special company being crushed with new leadership

Pros

Used to be a special place. The owner cared about the people, and made sure people felt appreciated. Coworkers are amazing. People care about each other - great place to learn new skills.

Cons

New leadership has removed all that was once special about the company. Promises aren’t kept and information is not shared. Constantly nervous we’re going to lose our jobs.
