Company culture and values have done a 180
Pros
The co workers are friendly and feel like family. There used to be a lot more pros, but it has all changed for the worst the past 2 years.
Cons
Since the owner retired it feels like no one is in charge and management just makes decisions without anyone telling them no ever. Every 2-3 years there is a new General manager. The new policies are a joke. They make you choose work over family. If you are sick or have to take care of a loved one, you get an occurrence if you don’t have any PTO left. You only earn ..033 an hour which comes out to 5.28 a month, and cap out at 40 hours. You have bad luck one week you can get fired no matter how long you have been there or how good of an employee you are. All the long term employees left or are getting pushed out. I saw 4 supervisor’s leave or step down within 3 months. No more flexibility. There is so much more to say, but Glassdoor keeps reviewing the post and taking it down.
