Pros

Steady work. Overtime is available when the dentist boards need to be run.

Cons

Ready to work for a company who uses you like a machine? Communication with leadership is high brow and often times they will make you feel like running the machine is so easy thus stacking more work to your plate. Christian company that mandates work on Sunday. Benefits are not good, and you accrue your sick time in 1/2 the time all your friends working other jobs do. I know management is padding reviews because all of us in Canby feel the same way.

Pros

The people. There are many, many great people at the company. Some have served the company for over 25 years.

Cons

Recent reviews posted you will notice are from senior management. Those reviews would have been true of the prior ownership 10 years ago. The current CEO, the son of the prior owner, has completely changed the culture. If you are in his inner circle, you are good. If you are not, he will move you to the side or eventually get rid of you. Those who are good in management and respected by the workforce will either leave or be removed by the current management. Politics have become rampant, and the financial state of the company is not in a good place.
